How do my kids participate in the egg hunt?

Kids who preregister between 9:15 a.m. – 10:15a.m. are strongly encouraged to attend ASAP Kids Ministry, which features games, music, and the story of Jesus. ASAP Kids is located in the same building but in a secure area, where only certified volunteers are allowed access. This environment is restricted for children who are infants, preschool age, and elementary students. During the special program for the kids, each age group will receive a VIP egg field access wristbands, which will designate them to a particular field for them to collect eggs. We want to avoid kids getting trampled during the egg hunt, so we divide the fields so every child has a fair chance at gathering lots of eggs. We also are providing free EASTER bags for kids to collect eggs, so you don’t need any baskets or bags of your own, everything is provided! Sorry adults, the eggs are only for the kids!

How does the grand-prize for summer camp work?

ASAP Church scholarships 3 kids every year to attend any summer camp of their choice at the Youth & Family YMCA. Names are entered into the drawing during the preregistration time from 9:15 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. The winners are announced at the end of the Easter Presentation by ASAP Church, prior to the egg hunt. The child and an accompanied adult must be present to win.

How much does the event cost?

EVERYTHING IS FREE! We even provide Easter Bags for your children to collect eggs. Every adult will also receive a gift bag.

Why should I plan my visit?

Using the “plan my visit” button or form below we can help prepare for your arrival. Every family is asked to fill out an information form, so we can safely and securely check your child into ASAP Kids. We want to make sure we know if your child has an allergies, or special needs to better accommodate their experience. Part of our secure check-in system includes each child having a name sticker, and a parent check-out sticker. Since we also are giving away a grand prize we also want to help have your ticket ready for the drawing. By providing information ahead of time, we can make sure everything is ready for you at the “preregistration table” ahead of the EASTER EGG-SPLOSION. We also may need to follow up with you to clarify your registration information.

Let’s be honest, EASTER will be way too fun and your kids will already be bouncing off the walls, save yourself some time, and make the process move faster for yourself and leave the work to us!

Who is ASAP Church?

We are a growing church, only 3 years old, located inside the Youth & Family YMCA. We are what’s called a portable church, we do not have any stained-glass windows, or church organs, we meet at a family-friendly facility like a YMCA. We are a non-denominational Christian church focused on presenting God to the modern family. We use the Bible as the foundation of our message, and through the use of media and music create a contemporary Sunday morning worship experience. Age appropriate lessons are presented to kids from infancy to 10th grade every Sunday morning at 10 a.m. Learn more about ASAP Church by clicking here.
